Below are a few packages options and general nutrition guidelines:

Those who eat breakfast:
– We recommend that you stop eating 3 hours before bed. You should drink a shake for breakfast and lunch. You will be responsible for making a healthy dinner.
– Dinner should include 4-6 oz cleanly sourced protein. The rest of your plate should be filled with fresh, non-starchy veggies (consider corn a starch!). A small amount of healthy fat, like avocado or ghee, can be added for flavor.
Those who don’t eat breakfast and practice a longer intermittent fasting period:
– Continue to skip breakfast per your usual regimen
– Only consume one shake per day
